"I've been working with George for nearly 3 months now. This is mainly through online coaching. I have seen excellent results, not only seeing the weight drop off, but I'm also feeling fitter and stronger. This has mainly been through: Creating a flexible plan to work best for me, mixing strength work with cardio. He has also helped me to understand better about nutrition and controlling what and how much I eat.

George also tailored my workouts to accomodate my previous knee surgeries and to help strengthen those areas.
Having George helping me has given me the accountability I needed. He has also been great at listening to any feedback i've given and he has been readily available for any questions or clarifications I needed.

"I started with George with the pure goal to get a bigger butt but bit by bit, George has given me the confidence to push myself outside of my comfort zone with my fitness.

 

This year, I achieved something I never thought I could do and competed in my first triathlon. I've always hated cycling, but George did a brilliant job pushing me through these challenges with incremental and tailored exercises so that I could feel more self-assured when it came to competition day.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with George as my PT to improve mobility and build strength and my improvement over the weeks has been brilliant. The sessions are all very enjoyable and George always carefully watches on to ensure I’m performing the exercises correctly. In addition, he has provided nutrition advice and also given me a programme which I can continue to work on between our sessions. I’d recommend George without any hesitation.
